Objectives Met-
Scouts were able to:
1. Virtually experience a field trip to a sugar maple farm and appreciate the products trees provide us.
2. Develop a scientific understanding of the diversity, structure, and function of trees through the use of a dichotomous tree identification key.
3. Create an artistic project featuring trees as the main theme.
4. Explore how humans relate to trees and share a plan to take action in order to advocate for trees.
5. Prepare to plant or take care of a tree by learning from an expert in the field.
