In the use of this website myself or with my child ("participant") for a Badge Workshop (the Service), participant understands that he/she engages in the Workshop activities at his/her own risk, including activities using tutorials or educational information provided by this website. You are solely responsible for the photos, profiles (including your name, image, and likeness), messages, notes, text, information, music, video, listings, links, and other content that you upload, publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on or through the Service or the Site, or transmit to or share with other users (collectively the "Content"). The Virtually Badges website reserves the right to edit, but does not assume the responsibility, to monitor or review your conduct while using the Service.
The Virtually Badges website, its creator, managers, or agents, shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever arising from any personal injury or property loss sustained by participant or his/her family while engaged in Virtually Badges website activities. Participants and parents assume full responsibility for all injuries and damages which occur in or about any Virtually Badges programs or activities. Participant does hereby fully and forever release discharged hold harmless the Virtually Badges website, and its owners, managers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages or rights of action, present or future resulting from any person’s participation in any programs or use of the systems. In addition, he/she agree(s) to follow the rules of conduct and participation set by the Virtually Badges website. Failure to do so may result in suspension from participation.
Children under the age of 13 may not use the Service or send personal information to the Service without proper parental consent. The creator of the Virtually Badges website is concerned about the safety and privacy of children online. Reasonable efforts to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, effective April 21, 2000 (COPPA) have been taken. The Website is not intended to solicit information of any kind from children under the age of 13. The Weebly platform by Weebly, Inc. is solely responsible for its advertising on the free site. The only personal information we receive about children under the age of 13 is information provided by the parent or legal guardian. It is possible that by fraud or deception by others we may receive information pertaining to children under the age of 13. If we are notified of the receipt of information under such circumstances, once verified, we will promptly obtain parental or guardian consent, and in the absence of such consent will delete the information. We require that parents and guardians supervise the activity of all children under the age of 18 when using the Service.
A participant under the age of 19 must be the primary end user of the Service when engaging in interactive discussion forums.

For paid/ interactive workshops only (NOT USED AT THIS TIME): Virtually Badges may collect the following information from its Users/Participants/Parents/Guardians: Full name of Parent/Guardian, First name with last initial of minor using the Service, email address, city, state, and country. Personal information gathered by Virtually Badges will be directly collected from the child/parent and used internally for purposes of registration and un-identifiable demographic statistics. Virtually Badges will not require a child to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to participate in an activity as a condition of participation. Virtually Badges and its assigns may utilize any and all photographs, pictures or other likeness of participants or anyone assigned guardianship to participant, as they deem appropriate and per the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act in its promotional materials. Examples include but are not limited to any Content that: describes the Content and/or User, visually represents the Content and/or User, audibly represents the Content and/or User. No facial or personally identifiable Content will ever be used without permission from parent/guardian.Virtually Badges may remove Content or disable an account whose use is unlawful, harmful, threatening, damaging or otherwise of concern in any way. The Virtually Badges website claims no intellectual property rights in the material you provide to the Service, including but not limited to postings, documents, assessments, multimedia, learning content, and promotional materials (“Content”). You represent and warrant that any credit information that you supply to us for a purchase is truthful and complete and that charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company/e-commerce company. Service prices are subject to change upon 30 days’ notice. Parent/guardian identity and agreement to terms of use and participation are verified through the payment method used to acquire access to the Service.
