Risk management plans help you plan for potential problems before they occur. While you can't imagine or plan for every problem, you could brainstorm some solutions in advance.

- What will you do if you have a hard time adding in your head if a customer buys multiple items?
- What will you do if your workers have a disagreement?
- What will you do if you or your workers are sick/don't show up?
- What will you do if the weather is bad? (rain, wind, heat- could it melt product ?...)
- What will you do if you run out of change to give back to customers that hand you a large bill?
- What will you do if you or someone fails to bring or do something they were assigned?
- What will you do to make sure everyone is staying on task and doing their particular job? (not being lazy or bossy or doing someone's job without asking)
- What questions from customers should you be prepared to answer? (& and what are the answers?)
- What will you do if you get multiple customers all at once?
- Brainstorm a problem and solution that may be particular to your business & describe.
