Scouts were able to:
1. Explore how cameras work, digital camera buttons & settings and how/when to adjust for different photography situations.
2. Explore and identify in sample photos the rules of composition and framing in photography as well as lighting, backdrop, and creativity tips etc.
3. Review the history of photography and compare the advances in its technology through time.
4. Consider an ethical code in photography and apply their thoughts to 20 ethical situations in photography via a survey.
5. Use the information and tips they gathered in this workshop to effectively take and share 5 landscape, 1 night/low light, 5 portrait/still-life, and 5 action shots.
